Planting ...

Any problem you are facing today is a result of a mistake you made at the very first step of your mission.

Planting is a genetic code of a mission. Just as a plant seed defines what will a tree look like when it grows.

CLARITY OF INTENT

Initial state of the mind has to be validated to see if the idea resonates with your soul.

An idea might come from outside world or from within you.

No matter where it comes from, if it resonates with your soul, that might be your mission worth of living for.

DEFINING A GOAL

Where would at the end the realization of this mission lead?

Is it the right time, what is my starting point, what are the circumstances, am I too passionate about it?

Define the goal. If there is no goal, nothing will come. Even if it comes you will not recognize it.

MATERIALIZE

If not materialized the idea will stay locked in your head forever.

Locked idea consumes your energy infinitely.

The first step of materialization is writing it down.

KUDOS PLANTING

  • Open a card with any idea that comes to your mind – the idea is materialized
  • Write down any thought related to that idea on that card
  • Collect web content (articles, video, pic) related to that idea and link to the card
  • Reflect back considering different perspectives
  • Share with fellows – be careful – do not share too early and not to everybody
  • Once when you feel the idea resonates with your soul, you are sure that is right moment in time, limitations are realistically considered, then it is time to go for planning

Planning ...

Mission plan reflects strategy and tactics towards the known destination.

Mission plan is your guidance through the unknown path towards the known destination.

STRATEGY AND TACTICS

Strategy is your intention, your goal, what you want to achieve.

It is something that can not be engineered, it drops on your mind in planting phase.

A tactics is a mission plan. It is about how you want to achieve your goal.

Two samurai engage in a battle against each other. The one who relies solely on strategy finally wins, but the fight will take a very long time. Conversely, the samurai who relies solely on tactics is destined to lose.

SLICING A MISSION

People overestimate what they can do in a day but they underestimate what they can achieve in a year.

Slicing a mission means defining smaller achievable steps rather than trying to achieve all at ones.

If not sliced, a mission might look endless, motivation drops down overtime, increasing difficulty to keep going when stuck.

TIME DOES MATTER

Unity of Time, Energy and Matter

Mission planning considers a time as a natural force in unity of energy and matter.

This unity creates a harmony of unleashed energy and actions towards the mission goal.

KUDOS PLANNING

  • Slice the mission into smaller missions by writing them down on cards
  • Write down minimal set of information important for the mission
  • Have an overview of mission path and note fields requiring more attention
  • Modifying each card rearranging priority related to current situation
  • Share with fellows only when support is needed
  • Have all missions details stored for your peace of mind

Executing ...

Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out

Robert J Collier

Most of the critical things in life, which become the starting points of human destiny are little things.

TAKING ACTIONS

Do step by step and validate result.

If the problem is encountered on a tactic level use it as a lesson. Revalidate tactics of your mission.

If the problem persist continuously, revalidate your mission. Maybe is not the mission you should persist on.

OVERCOME HINDRANCES

You will encounter one or more of the 5 hindrances sensual desire, ill will, skeptical doubt, dullness, restlessness.

Slicing a mission means defining smaller achievable steps rather than trying to achieve all at ones.

If not sliced, a mission might look endless, motivation drops down overtime, increasing difficulty to keep going when stuck.

MISSION COMPANIONS

It is almost impossible to complete a mission on your own.

Mission without a master-teacher is risky due to fact for the success of a mission know-how is critical.

Mission without a companion is risky due to fact that there will be times when you will need support.

KUDOS EXECUTING

  • Note a progress on your cards
  • Share card with companion or master when needed
  • Change mission plan when necessary
  • Receive feedback when needed
  • Review cards and have an overview of the mission
  • Keep your focus on mission actions requiring additional effort rather than postponing them for later
